Falbe Publishing

Falbe Publishing is a company located in Chico, California. I founded the company in order to produce books, ebooks, and web publications on a variety of subjects.

I have always had an interest in publishing as well as writing. In 2006, I expanded my list to include my fiction under the fantasy fiction imprint Brave Luck Books™.

Having a desire to enter the book business is admittedly old fashioned in this digital world, but books still have much about them that make them appealing. While providing entertainment and information, they also provide an escape from the technology that consumes so much of daily life. Books are the original wireless information device. They don't need batteries. They can't get a virus. They never need a patch. They don't have software. They work for anyone who knows the language they are written in. They are quiet. They can be used anywhere there is light to see by. They don't come with a monthly bill to an ISP or television provider.

That said, I'm not against new things. I offer all of my titles in electronic formats, and the ebook formats of my titles sell quite well. Ebooks offer an instant and affordable method for accessing information or entertainment. Ebooks from Falbe Publishing are priced below the price for trade paperback, which is only appropriate.

I'm confident that books in formats old and new still have their place on the media menu.
